Source documents without the chase

One workspace, every client

Move between authorized client files without sharing passwords. Clients retain their own accounts and documents.

Receipts ready for review

Clients upload photos and PDFs from their phone or computer. Browse large previews, add private notes, and flag documents that need clarification.

Tax-season documents in one download

Retrieve all receipts for a purchase year in a ZIP with monthly folders and a CSV index. A receipt uploaded today still belongs to the year it was purchased.

Invoice taxes, clearly separated

Review recorded GST, HST, QST and other invoice taxes by date range, rate, and registration number. Export the invoice and tax CSV and open original invoice PDFs. Payment totals remain separate from taxes invoiced.

Practical guides for a smoother handoff

Start with the task you need to solve: client access, tax-season documents, invoice-tax review, or who pays for the subscription.

Clear consent. Customer ownership.

Invitations are tied to a verified sign-in email. Customers explicitly grant access to their invoice and receipt history and future documents, and can revoke it anytime. Accountant access is read-only for customer documents. Private review notes stay in your accountant workspace. Paying for a seat never makes the customer’s account yours.

Keep your accounting system and professional judgment. Just Invoice provides recorded invoice taxes and source documents; it does not calculate receipt tax credits, reconcile bank transactions, or file tax returns.
