Delete your Just Invoice account

Use this page to request deletion of your Just Invoice account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to sign in or reinstall the app.

How account deletion works

  1. 1.Submit the email address used for your Just Invoice account.
  2. 2.We will contact that address to verify ownership and confirm the request.
  3. 3.After verification, we will delete the account and associated data covered by the request.

Data included in the request

The request covers your account profile and the business, client, item, invoice, estimate, and settings data associated with your Just Invoice account.

Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or payment-record obligations. Any retained information remains protected and is deleted when the applicable retention period ends.

Request account deletion

Enter the same email address you use to access Just Invoice. We will use it only to identify the account and follow up on this request.

No login is required to submit this request.
