The flat-percentage tool is optional.

If used, we encourage you to pick a number that makes sense depending on how the majority of your invoices are paid.

This feature is part of the Premium plan, since it mainly makes sense when you accept card payments.

Where does the money go?

Directly to you. We never hold your funds.

When your client pays an invoice by card, Stripe processes the transaction and then sends the payout directly to your connected bank account. Just Invoice does not hold your funds.

Is it safe?

Yes. Stripe Connect works well for freelancers, sole proprietors, and small businesses.

You will typically provide your name (or business name), address, bank account, and basic verification details.
